Ben Ryé 2020 has a golden color with bright amber hues. The very intense bouquet ranges from fruity notes of apricot and candied orange peel, to hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate the fruity hints of aromatic herbs are combined with sweet nuances of honey. Intense and persistent, with an extraordinary balance between freshness and sweetness, Ben Ryè is a captivating Passito di Pantelleria, among wines most popular desserts in the world.

Pairings: Perfect with dry pastries, chocolate and jam or ricotta tarts. Try also with blue cheese and foie gras. Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine. Serve it in tulip-shaped goblets of medium size, slightly bellied; uncork at time of serving; excellent at 14° C (57° F).

With a ruby red color with violet reflections, Bell’Assai 2021 radiates intense floral notes of freesia and lavender followed by fruity aromas of strawberry and cherry. 

On the palate it is fresh and fragrant with a soft tannin and a pleasant return of fruity notes.

Pairings: Perfect to sip from a glass, it accompanies grilled vegetables, salumi and tasty fish dishes such as soups.

Intense ruby color with bright purple reflections; Floramundi 2020 offers intense fruity aromas, among which the notes of cherries and blackberries stand out; the bouquet opens with delicate balsamic nuances of laurel and characteristic spicy notes of black pepper. With its ruby red color, Contesa dei Venti 2020 shows a fragrant bouquet with notes of red fruits (plum and cherry) and flowers, such as lavender and violet, together with balsamic hints (juniper) and sweet spices (white pepper). On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant return of fruity notes and a gentle and enveloping and soft tannin; its ending is soft and persistent.

The "San Biagio" is a Trentino Gewürztraminer DOC with intense aromas, which help to enhance its aromatic power. The grapes, which come from the hilly vineyards owned by Salizzoni, after harvesting are briefly cold macerated, and then fermented for 10 days in stainless steel containers, where refinement takes place afterwards, which has a duration of 6 months. A white that is always drunk with great pleasure, whose sip is never tiring, but rather punctually enveloping.

At sight it reveals itself with a straw yellow soul. The range of aromas on the nose is intense, and has sensations that recall ripe exotic fruit, roses, acacia flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it is light-bodied, round, with a savory sip, in which the typical flavors of the varietal are perceived.

Perfect for an aperitif, where it accompanies different types of ingredients and preparations. It is also to be tried with a cream of pumpkins and potatoes.

After just over 20 years we can be said that the "Lord of the Lake", as Lugana is in fact called in this part of Garda, is one of the flagships of the entire range created by the family-run winery of Ca 'Lojera. The turbiana grapes, carefully selected to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin, are vinified in white in steel containers at a controlled temperature, and the wine remains here to mature for a few months, to enhance its structural profile. A Lugana DOC that, sip after sip, tells its territory, showing its different nuances.

At the sight it announces itself with a typically straw color, On the nose the exotic fruit is the master, with notes of grapefruit, mandarin and melon that open to light touches of mint and white flowers. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, savory.

Excellent throughout the meal, it goes well with second courses based on sea and lake fish. Try it also with sushi, it is perfect with a yellowtail tartare.
