The wine is produced in one of the most evocative wine-growing areas in Italy and in the world: the Langhe. The cuvée is composed only of Nebbiolo grapes, the princes grapes of the Piedmont area. After careful harvesting and selection of the grapes, on vines with an average age of 40 years at 350 meters above sea level, in clayey soils with sandy marls, they are macerated and fermented for 10 to 15 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After just over 20 years we can be said that the "Lord of the Lake", as Lugana is in fact called in this part of Garda, is one of the flagships of the entire range created by the family-run winery of Ca 'Lojera. The turbiana grapes, carefully selected to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin, are vinified in white in steel containers at a controlled temperature, and the wine remains here to mature for a few months, to enhance its structural profile. A Lugana DOC that, sip after sip, tells its territory, showing its different nuances.

At the sight it announces itself with a typically straw color, On the nose the exotic fruit is the master, with notes of grapefruit, mandarin and melon that open to light touches of mint and white flowers. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, savory.

Spumante Col de Mez Rosè is produced with Pinot Noir and Raboso from the Quartier del Piave area. We therefore find medium-textured soils, starting from the hills and reaching as far as the gates of Treviso. The grapes are harvested at mid-ripening to preserve the acid component. The harvest usually takes place at the end of August for Pinot Noir and in October for Raboso. After being harvested, the bunches arrive in the cellar where they undergo a short maceration with selected yeasts to preserve the typicality of the product as much as possible. With its ruby red color, Contesa dei Venti 2020 shows a fragrant bouquet with notes of red fruits (plum and cherry) and flowers, such as lavender and violet, together with balsamic hints (juniper) and sweet spices (white pepper). On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant return of fruity notes and a gentle and enveloping and soft tannin; its ending is soft and persistent.

A white that is always drunk with great pleasure, whose sip is never tiring, but rather punctually enveloping.

At sight it reveals itself with a straw yellow soul. The range of aromas on the nose is intense, and has sensations that recall ripe exotic fruit, roses, acacia flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it is light-bodied, round, with a savory sip, in which the typical flavors of the varietal are perceived.

The Lirico label was born in 2016 from the vinification of Freisa combined with a small part of Piedmontese Bonarda. Following a very short maceration phase, fermentation is slow and at low temperatures, in order to extract all the fruity and floral aromas of this wine. The slight liveliness is due to the natural refermentation of the wine in an autoclave, started with the addition of a small part of sweet wine.

Lirico is a very pleasant and fresh rosé, a small concert of fruity and floral aromas. Among the delicate notes of cherry and raspberry, dog rose, violet and iris stand out.

It goes well with appetizers, fish and shellfish, cheeses and cold dishes.
