In this recipe our late mandarins are used, with the only addition of the peel and the natural pectin extracted from the carob tree.
INGREDIENTS:Organic mandarin, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice. Gelling agent: fruit pectin.
USES: Perfect for breakfast, snacks or paired with cheese (goat’s or vaccine’s cheeses). It can be also used for the preparation of various cakes and desserts.
