Declive Moscato

The gentle slopes of Val Versa are where excellent Moscato grapes are grown.

Declive is a yellow Moscato with golden reflections. Its aroma is fruity, citrusy, with hints of sage and small white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, sweet, elegant, with a mineral finish. Perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

It pairs well with all types of desserts and fruit.

Serving temperature: 8-10° C

Variety: 100% Glera

Color: Brilliant straw yellow.

Nose: Floral with hints of lime followed by traces of pineapple, lime and golden apple to finish with a slight mineral note and very slight hints of yeast.

Taste: Citrus freshness and flavor balanced by softness and residual sugar. Persistent.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and in combination with fried vegetables, seafood salads, fish dishes, even smoked or raw.

Cuvée Prestige, the essence of Franciacorta, Ca' del Bosco style. A jewel created in 2007 from thirty year's experience. Only the finest Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes from the best vineyards, vinified separately and skillfully blended with reserves of the finest vintages (at least 20%) go into the magical rite of Cuvée creation. It will take almost 24 months of refinement on yeasts before this wine is ready to express all its richness and identity. A classic, well-balanced Franciacorta, pleasantly fresh and crisp. Perfect for any occasion.

The grapes used to produce this sparkling wine are harvested by hand in September. In the cellar the bunches are pressed and a slow fermentation then begins in steel tanks using selected yeasts. Sparkling with the Charmat Method.

Taste: Slightly soft, balanced, savory, pleasantly acidic and fruity.

We recommend serving it accompanied by dry pastries.

Domaine Saint Remy

Alsatian sparkling wine made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation (used in champagne). Delicate and lively, this Crémant is made with Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Grape varieties: 50% Pinot Auxerrois - 40% Chardonnay - 10% Pinot Noir

Prosecco Extra Dry Soligo is produced exclusively with Glera grapes in the area that starting from Treviso looks towards Conegliano, it is a very pleasant and well made extra dry prosecco, suitable for goliardic aperitifs and lively dinners.

Excellent sweet Moscato with a straw yellow color. On the nose the perfume is intense, delicate and enveloping. Strong notes of sage and peach. On the palate the taste is sweet but very balanced.

Perfect wine with desserts, especially dry pastries. Also excellent paired with fresh and blue cheeses.
