And the citrus note is obviously also found in this Fior d'Arancio Colli Euganei Spumante Dolce DOCG, produced by the “La Montecchia” winery of Count Emo Capodilista. It is obtained following the rules of the Charmat method, and proves informal, pleasant and easy to drink, particularly suitable for the most delicate palates.
