Ingredients:

- 1lime

- 1 apple

- basil

- ice cubes or crushed ice

Prepare the mixture with 1 liter of boiling water and leave it to infuse for at least 40 minutes. Pour the infusion into a jug full of ice and let it cool. Add the sliced ​​lime, the sliced ​​apple and a handful of basil leaves and leave to infuse for about an hour.

If you want to get a cool drink, adding Prosecco to taste.

For a sweet or bubbly temptation: Instead of the mineral water, use 50 ml Amaretto or 500 ml Prosecco

and add a teaspoon of brown sugar.
