Beneath the splendid ruins of Helmsley Castle, hidden from view by the walls, lies the Secret Garden. It took almost four hundred years and the work of hundreds of architects, engineers, plasterers, and painters to transform a simple rocky islet into a beautiful Baroque terraced garden full of citrus trees and rare flowers where white peacocks live free.

A sweet blend of green teas and flower petals with the scent of lemon, fig and grapes, inspired by the Giardino dell'Iris in Firenze, a place that leaves a poetic impression of the city.
