Produced from Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara grapes harvested in the Solinga valley, in Canneto Pavese. After a short maceration in temperature-controlled tanks, the fermentation is stopped cold to maintain the desired residual sugar. The wine is then decanted into an autoclave for refermentation, bottled and left to rest in bottles horizontally for a few months before being put on the market. It has an almost impenetrable ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is fruity, fragrant, with hints of strawberry, currant, sour cherry and a note of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is moderately sweet, harmonious, full, drinkable.
