Here is Diego Conterno's Dolcetto d’Alba DOC, which sums up all these pleasant characteristics in the bottle. The grapes macerate with the skins for about 7-8 days, and then continue with the ripening phase, carried out both in steel and in cement. The vinous and fruity scents that can be felt on the nose and in the mouth represent the peculiarity of this wine that should be drunk young, to be able to fully enjoy its maximum expressiveness.

After just over 20 years we can be said that the "Lord of the Lake", as Lugana is in fact called in this part of Garda, is one of the flagships of the entire range created by the family-run winery of Ca 'Lojera. The turbiana grapes, carefully selected to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin, are vinified in white in steel containers at a controlled temperature, and the wine remains here to mature for a few months, to enhance its structural profile.
