The Corolla di Poderi San Lazzaro grapes are harvested in the third week of September. After a careful selection of the bunches and a soft pressing - destemming, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. This is followed by aging in steel on the yeasts.

Corolla di Poderi San Lazzaro is a straw yellow wine tending towards golden. On the nose it has a fruity and floral aroma; on the palate it is fresh with hints of sage.

Corolla di Poderi San Lazzaro pairs perfectly with fish, shellfish and soups. The recommended serving temperature is 8°-10°C.
