Harvested in Calabria in two different periods (mid-summer and end of summer), eucalyptus honey has a dry-mushroom, licorice aroma, and a tinge of smokiness; in- mouth taste is mildly sweet with a strong personality.



This precious chocolate is created with Rio Caribe cocoa seeds from Venezuela.

It has a powerful aroma with hints of raisin and dried fruit. Reveals bitterness and astringency in the medium, with strong fruity notes and hints of wood and spices.
