



Lisbon Tomatis is a small but solid family business, which has been producing the famous cornmeal pastas since 1925 in Pamparato, in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont.
An ancient recipe, carefully recovered from local memory, applied with "sacred respect" and filtered by an experience in which four generations of the Lisbon family have met, who have been able and wanted to maintain the true characteristics of the Piedmontese artisan tradition.
