Belle - Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero 2017

€24.00
Tax included

Spumante Metodo Classico of Ca 'Lojera, family-run winery, a label to be reserved for the most elegant aperitifs, but which can also be easily enjoyed throughout the meal.

Upon visual examination, it shows a straw yellow color, crossed by light greenish reflections; the perlage is fine-grained and persistent. On the nose there are pleasant aromas of ripe white pulp fruit, embellished with touches that veer towards pastry, hazelnuts and yeasts. On the palate it is full-bodied, characterized by a dry and refreshing sip, pleasantly smooth.

Very versatile on combinations, it is perfect for an aperitif, absolutely to be tried with seafood cruditè.

"Col de Mez" rosè -Vino spumante rosato-

€10.50

Spumante Col de Mez Rosè is produced with Pinot Noir and Raboso from the Quartier del Piave area. We therefore find medium-textured soils, starting from the hills and reaching as far as the gates of Treviso. The grapes are harvested at mid-ripening to preserve the acid component. The harvest usually takes place at the end of August for Pinot Noir and in October for Raboso. After being harvested, the bunches arrive in the cellar where they undergo a short maceration with selected yeasts to preserve the typicality of the product as much as possible. Finally, the sparkling process takes place using the Charmat method in an autoclave
