It is a wine with an intense color and moderate vivacity, dense in its aromas of berries, among which the characteristic note of raspberry prevails. In the mouth it is dry, with a pleasant acidulous nuance and a slight bitter aftertaste, resulting in a product with a strong character but at the same time easy to drink.

The food pairings are typical of lively Freisa: appetizers, not too demanding first courses and sausages. Even a combination with light white meat dishes can give rise to very pleasant encounters.

Serve at 16-18 °, just uncorked.

Langhe Freisa DOC "Bosco delle Cicale" by Boschis Francesco takes its name from the cru vine in which the wine originates, the area is that of Pianezzo, in the Dogliani municipality. The wine is made from 100% freisa grapes, a very interesting vine, bearer of spicy and unpredictable notes. The vines are at least 500 m above sea level and the soil that hosts them is of limestone and clayey matrix. The result is a wine with a great nose and a vibrant palate.

It has a beautiful cherry red color, intense and bright; the nose is lively spice on a fruity and flowery background, notes of violet and strawberry. On the palate it is soft, inviting, intriguing, vigorous, with a long almond finish.

It is suitable for fatty dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, strong flavors. We recommend it with savoy cabbage roll with vegetables on fondue.

Rosso di Montepulciano di Carpineto is a skilful blend of Sangiovese grapes, known in Montepulciano with the name Prugnolo Gentile, Canaiolo and other red berried varieties, grown on sandy alluvial soils with southern exposure.

In the glass it has a brilliant ruby ​​red color. The olfactory profile is intense, with hints of cherry and strawberry. The sip is characterized by a young and fresh taste, slightly tannic.

Ideal with cold cuts, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Morellino di Scansano Docg Roggiano Riserva is a concentrated ruby red, on the nose it is characterised by an elegant, complex and varied bouquet of dark fruits, flowers, spices and underwood. On the palate it is sleek, fine, balanced. Warm, fresh and rightly sapid, it shows round tannins and a nice softness. Lenghty and fine finish.

A wine that from the very first taste will delight Freisa connoisseurs. The color is intense ruby ​​red, while the nose has pronounced hints of raspberry, accompanied by more subtle traces of blackberry and rose, which caress the sense of smell preparing the palate for a surprising encounter. In the mouth, it is fresh and at the same time enveloping, unexpectedly velvety. A decidedly softer and more structured Freisa than usual.

In addition to the usual and always happy combinations with "important" first courses of Piedmontese cuisine, white meats and medium-aged cheeses, the Freisa d'Asti "Il Forno" is not afraid of combinations with more demanding dishes, such as braised beef or a roasted leg of lamb.

Intense ruby color with bright purple reflections; Floramundi 2020 offers intense fruity aromas, among which the notes of cherries and blackberries stand out; the bouquet opens with delicate balsamic nuances of laurel and characteristic spicy notes of black pepper. The Veneto Cabernet Franc IGT "Particella 200" of the La Montecchia company is obtained from Cabernet Franc grapes grown on medium-textured clay soils, with trachytic outcrops and slate. Viù - Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2020


The wine is produced in one of the most evocative wine-growing areas in Italy and in the world: the Langhe. The cuvée is composed only of Nebbiolo grapes, the princes grapes of the Piedmont area. After careful harvesting and selection of the grapes, on vines with an average age of 40 years at 350 meters above sea level, in clayey soils with sandy marls, they are macerated and fermented for 10 to 15 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 4 months in steel barrels, and after bottling, it rests in the bottle for a period of 6 months.

Teroldigo - Teroldego Rotaliano 2019


An expression in purity of the autochthonous red berried Teroldego, born in the historical area of ​​its highest qualitative elevation: the Piana Rotaliana. The vineyards are quite old, are over fifty years old, and are grown at an altitude of over 200 meters above the sea level; the soil is of a deep alluvial type.

The 'Teroldigo' Fedrizzi Cipriano has been defined by the same producer as an 'ancient wine, with a modern drink'. It is produced with Teroldego grapes and appears to the eye in an intense ruby ​​color. On the palate it is satisfying, velvety and harmonious. On the nose it opens up to ripe fruity sensations and light spicy nuances.

With its ruby red color, Contesa dei Venti 2020 shows a fragrant bouquet with notes of red fruits (plum and cherry) and flowers, such as lavender and violet, together with balsamic hints (juniper) and sweet spices (white pepper). "Montalto" by Pierfrancesco Gatto is a Grignolino D'Asti DOC from grapes selected from the Refrancore vineyard. It is a particular vine, widespread above all on the Asti and Casalese hills, with a very inconstant productivity. After the harvest, the grapes mature in steel and refine for 1 month in the bottle, before being marketed.

 The nose shows pleasant and delicate floral and fruity notes, with memories of cherries and roses, followed by spicy hints, characterized by a sip of good freshness.

It goes well with first and second courses of the land cuisine, in particular with the typical Piedmontese cuisine. Also excellent to accompany mixed starters.
