“CAPULIATU” – SICILIAN RED PESTO SUN DRIED TOMATOES AND PARSLEY
Capuliatu Pesto is a traditional Sicilian recipe, that comes from the grinding of sundried tomatoes, all seasoned with parsley, extra virgin olive oil and other spices.

Perfect as starter or side dish. Excellent on the hot toasted bruschetta.
