The right solution for those who don't like candied fruit. Outside a rich icing made with “Prima Bari” almonds, sugar and fresh egg white and inside a soft heart sweetened by lots of natural Australian raisins. Wrapped in a colorful garment: opaque wrapping, velvety to the touch and softened by an elegant grosgrain ribbon with precious gold marks.
The colomba with black cherries contains pitted and candied sour cherries that still remain juicy. The surface is covered by the crunchy glaze rich in Prima Bari Almonds.
