Since 1858 our biscuits have been baked daily and packed in the classic Blu Mattei bag. 

Prepared with - flour, sugar, almond, eggs and pine nuts - they do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats. 

Recommended pairings: 

in addition to the classic vinsanto, perfect also with soft grappa. 

For a small snack, with coffee or cappuccino.

Since 1858 our biscuits have been baked daily and packed one by one by hand in the classic Blu Mattei bag. 

Prepared with flour, sugar, almond, eggs and pine nuts they do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats. 

The hatboxes have been used by the Biscuits Factory since the 1920s to ship our products. 

A common object in homes, up until the 1960s, for the non-accessory use of hats in menswear and womenswear up until that time; Ernesto Pandolfini thought of using hatboxes as shipping boxes. 

In 2008, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the foundation of our Biscuit Factory, we created this Mini hatbox with 200g of our Biscuits; ideal as a gift pack, it can then be reused and recycled as a container for different types of objects: clothes pegs, for toiletries, etc.
