KIWI is a “pacific lager”, which is a light, low-fermented beer, with hops from New-Zeland. It's clear, bright straw-coloured with a white, solid, persistent and abundant foam. The scent is the part which expresses at its best the strong personality of the hops, characterized by balanced, fresh and floral notes. The taste is rich, with a pleasantly dry finale and a clean and aromatic aftertaste. Refreshing, easy to drink, it's perfect for every occasion and every time of the day.

Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers, cold cuts, fresh cheese and mozzarella cheese, rice and pasta salads , light first courses, pizza, white meats, fish carpaccio.

KIWI is the local bird that is the symbol of the New Zealand, where the hops used come from.

KUMA - Smoked Dark Lager

Dark, bottom-fermented beer, derived from the German smoked dark lager. This beer has a intense dark colour with mahogany shades, clear and bright, with a solid and creamy foam releasing smoked, barley coffee, coffee, liquorice and unsweetened cocoa aromas. It is, surprisingly, easy to drink. Thanks to the low-fermentation yeasts, all these flavours express themselves fully, enhanced by an aftertaste of smoke and by an incredible aromatic persistence, leaving the palate fresh and immaculate.
KUMA goes perfectly with strong flavoured meat courses, best with lamb, boar and hunting game in general, smoked dishes, braised meat, grill, pork shin, gulash and blue cheese. A must try also paired with lamb hamburger with fossa cheese, or a “speck and provola” pizza.

PICUS - Italian Weiss

PICUS is an Italian Weiss, that is to say a wheat beer reinterpreted through local produce. Its raw wheat is in fact the long-spiked Gentil Rosso, from "Il Gentil Verde" farm. Local is also the name, since PICUS is the Latin word for “woodpecker”, which is Marche's icon. PICUS presents itself in a bright and opalescent straw-yellow colour, with a rich, solid and persistent foam.

To the nose is firstly evident the fruity note, typical of weiss beers, mostly with banana smell and a balsamic hint from its peculiar hop. Freshness and a mineral note are distinctive of this beer, also noticeable to the mouth. PICUS, refreshing and thirst-quenching, with its creamy and discreet perlage, its light and elegant bitter, is a balanced and easy to drink beer.

ELK - American Amber Lager

Low-fermented amber beer inspired by American amber lager brewing style, with north-American and European noble hops, maintaining a moderate bitter. Hops from Yakima Valley are well balanced by the caramel notes of the malts. ELK is distinguished by and intense and bright amber colour, deep and limpid. The scents are made elegant by the particular hop and malt, herbal and fruity. To the taste it gives its best: cool, easy to drink, intense and balanced, it let itself by drinked with no insecurity!

ELK gives its best in every circumstance: alone, as an aperitif or paired with appetizers, cheese, strong flavoured first dishes, rice (a must try with cheese risotto). It can also accompaign intense fish courses, carbonara, red meats, beef, pork, duck, and even dry sweets.

ELK is the famous giant moose of the north American forests where most characteristic hops of this beer come from.

KISA - White IPA

KISA is a “white IPA”, or a wheat beer with IPA hops, specifically north-American and Australian ones. It's limpid, of a bright and strong gold and a white and copious foam, solid and persistent. The nose is immediately hit by a vast bouquet of fruity and floral scents, citrus and tropical fruits.

The taste verifies the good balance of flavours and bitter. The hops are the main character here, but not aggressively. It's a mouthful of aromatic essences and the persistence is really lasting. The most easily detectable bitters are the ones from grapefruit and citron's albedo. It's a fresh, cheerful and intense beer.

KISA is excellent as an aperitif; tasty white meat and carpaccio with citrus-orange; cheese with herbs and medium-aged cheese; risotto, pasta, artichokes, clematis and herbs; spicy ethnic food; beef tartare.

The white elephant is a rare Indian pachyderm. Right from here we got the inspiration for this beer; from the spices used, to the style White IPA.

A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer.

When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

With its classic brown color, reminiscent of a monk’s tunic, Leön has a nice thick and persistent, hazelnut-colored head. At first smell, the fruity scent of fruit cooked in a wood oven fills the nose. Then, coffee aromas blend with woody nuances, which turn into fuller notes of chocolate as the beer becomes warmer.

The heat of its 9% alcohol content immediately hits the palate, with a touch of sour cherries in brandy. This is quickly replaced by the taste of roasted cereals, which gently fill the mouth with notes of chocolate, cocoa beans and coffee. A rather sweet beer with a strong body, complex but very enjoyable.

A beer with a nice, deep yellow-orange color like pumpkin flesh, and a thick, fine and persistent head with orange hues. As the beer becomes warmer, the scents of cereals turn into fruit aromas.

These come from the pumpkin flesh used in the brewing process and from the subtle scents of freshly peeled tangerine. What stayed in background when smelling the beer comes to the forefront once it is sipped: the citrusy notes blend well with the taste of pumpkin and create a freshness that balances out the typical sweetness of pumpkin ales, and of some traditional Italian cakes.

A beer with bright copper hues, a slight, homogeneous hazy appearance and with a moderate cream colored head. It immediately releases scents of honey and a subtle aroma of yellow fruit, and then closes with notes of biscuits and delicate balsamic hints.
