Saignée is ‘salasso’ but in interpretation it stands for ‘sanguine, passionate’. The peacock on the label represents pride, without presumption, for the marathon made till now from Ca’Lojera and for evergreen desire to face next trial.

Spumante Metodo Classico of Ca 'Lojera, family-run winery, a label to be reserved for the most elegant aperitifs, but which can also be easily enjoyed throughout the meal.

Upon visual examination, it shows a straw yellow color, crossed by light greenish reflections; the perlage is fine-grained and persistent. On the nose there are pleasant aromas of ripe white pulp fruit, embellished with touches that veer towards pastry, hazelnuts and yeasts. On the palate it is full-bodied, characterized by a dry and refreshing sip, pleasantly smooth.

Very versatile on combinations, it is perfect for an aperitif, absolutely to be tried with seafood cruditè.

Langhe Freisa DOC - Bosco delle Cicale 2019


Langhe Freisa DOC “Bosco delle Cicale” di Boschis Francesco prende il nome dal vitigno cru in cui ha origine il vino, la zona è quella di Pianezzo, nel comune Dogliani. Il vino è fatto a partire da uve freisa in purezza, un vitigno molto interessante, portatore di note speziate e imprevedibili. Le vigne sono almeno a 500 m sul livello del mare e il terreno che le ospita è di matrice calcarea e argillosa. Ne risulta un vino dal grande naso e dal palato vibrante.

Si presenta di un bel colore rosso ciliegia, intenso e luminoso; al naso è spezia vivace su fondo fruttato e fiorito, note di viola e fragola. Al palato è morbido, invitante, intrigante, vigoroso, ha un lungo finale ammandorlato.

È adatto a pietanze grasse, salumi, formaggi, sapori forti. Noi lo consigliamo con involtino di cavolo verza con verdure su fonduta.

San Biagio - Gewürztraminer Trentino DOC


The "San Biagio" is a Trentino Gewürztraminer DOC with intense aromas, which help to enhance its aromatic power. The grapes, which come from the hilly vineyards owned by Salizzoni, after harvesting are briefly cold macerated, and then fermented for 10 days in stainless steel containers, where refinement takes place afterwards, which has a duration of 6 months. A white that is always drunk with great pleasure, whose sip is never tiring, but rather punctually enveloping.

At sight it reveals itself with a straw yellow soul. The range of aromas on the nose is intense, and has sensations that recall ripe exotic fruit, roses, acacia flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it is light-bodied, round, with a savory sip, in which the typical flavors of the varietal are perceived.

Perfect for an aperitif, where it accompanies different types of ingredients and preparations. It is also to be tried with a cream of pumpkins and potatoes.

This wine comes from several small south-facing vineyards in the historic Soave Classico area. The volcanic soils are also rich in clay and silt. Very drinkable wine with strong personality.

The Montesei wine is made from small vineyards in the Soave Classico DOC, where it is impossible to machine-harvest the grapes and where the Garganega variety has been grown for many, many years.

Pale straw yellow colour, this aromatic wine displays a full range of ripe fruit and white flowers characters. Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2019


Castello di Verduno Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is produced with grapes from the Campot di Barbaresco vineyard, a cru particularly suited for exposure and soil composition. It is a wine to be consumed quite young and which tends to emphasize the fresher and more fruity notes of the Nebbiolo.

Ruby red color. On the nose it expresses an intense and floral scent of violet, rose, with elegant spicy notes. On the palate it has a good structure, full taste, with a nice tannic texture and pleasant freshness.

Ideal to accompany second courses of white and red meats, or small game: stewed goose, turkey with chestnuts, pheasant with apples and walnuts, guinea fowl with almonds. Perfect with duck ravioli with white truffle.

Ca' Lojera
Lugana DOC 2019


After just over 20 years we can be said that the "Lord of the Lake", as Lugana is in fact called in this part of Garda, is one of the flagships of the entire range created by the family-run winery of Ca 'Lojera. The turbiana grapes, carefully selected to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin, are vinified in white in steel containers at a controlled temperature, and the wine remains here to mature for a few months, to enhance its structural profile. A Lugana DOC that, sip after sip, tells its territory, showing its different nuances.

At the sight it announces itself with a typically straw color, On the nose the exotic fruit is the master, with notes of grapefruit, mandarin and melon that open to light touches of mint and white flowers. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, savory.

Excellent throughout the meal, it goes well with second courses based on sea and lake fish. Try it also with sushi, it is perfect with a yellowtail tartare.

Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2019


The recipe for the perfect everyday wine? Smoothness, light aromas and great satisfaction on the palate. Here is Diego Conterno's Dolcetto d’Alba DOC, which sums up all these pleasant characteristics in the bottle. The grapes macerate with the skins for about 7-8 days, and then continue with the ripening phase, carried out both in steel and in cement. The vinous and fruity scents that can be felt on the nose and in the mouth represent the peculiarity of this wine that should be drunk young, to be able to fully enjoy its maximum expressiveness.

Upon visual examination it shows an iridescent color between ruby ​​and purple. The nose is fresh and intense, characterized by the typical vinous hints accompanied by more fruity sensations of blackberry and plum. In the mouth it is well structured, lively and lean, with an excellent balance.

It is a versatile wine for combinations, suitable for everyday cooking. It goes well with both first and second courses.

Despite this, this Campania Aglianico has excellent longevity, and manages to maintain a beautiful balance between all the organoleptic components that characterize it. Ruby red to the eye. It has intense hints of red fruit on the nose, followed by a slight and subtle spiciness. Responding to the nose during the tasting phase, it shows structure, body, freshness and the right tannins.

Catarratto is one of the most traditional and classic white berried varieties of Sicily, considered by many scholars to be among the oldest.
